Description
The DECOREX lettuce decoring machine by Ait employs a patented cutting system that allows to achieve maximum efficiency and the best performance on the market.
It is an automatic process in which a sensor reads the size of each head of lettuce entering on the belt and applies a custom cut that is adjusted to each piece.
The machine is programmable through a touch screen, where the proper parameters for the product are selected. Once the stem is removed, there is an option of cutting the head into 2, 4 or 8 segments.
You will improve your yields thanks to its high productivity and the adjusted cut to the exact position in which waste is minimized.
