The AIT universal vegetable washing machine combines different techniques to achieve a washing adapted to the characteristics of each vegetable.

It can generate 2 helical current flows to create turbulence and agitate the floating solid product, while it is also capable of introducing an air flow with a Jacuzzi effect throughout the entire tank to massage the most delicate leaves.

Both systems can be combined with different intensities to perfectly adapt to each product to be washed, remembering the different settings and allowing the change from one product to another with a simple click on the touchscreen of the washing machine.

It incorporates:

• Insect removing drum to eliminate small floating traces of dirt
• Water recirculation to reduce its consumption, with a cleaning rotary filter before returning to the tank
• Drain tray, consisting of:
  – Water curtain for washing with clean mains water

           – Mechanical agitation system for optimal draining
           – Blowing system to avoid adhesion of the product to                  the belt
