Description

Butternut squash cutting machines by Ait have revolutionised the way butternut squash is processed. They cut the squash where the head meets the body and halve it longitudinally, allowing the seeds to be removed and subsequently positioning the pieces automatically to cut off the stem and reduce waste to a minimum.

These cuts enable fully automated washing and peeling, reducing labor needs and allowing large amounts to be processed.

This machine was designed according to EHEDG principles (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group) and complies with all health, cleanliness and safety standards.
