Ait’s automatic weighing and mixing line provides our customers with total flexibility and reliability in the treatment of their product once it has been processed. By automating a process that has traditionally been carried out manually or in a rudimentary way, we offer an automatic and independent solution that will boost the productivity of food processing.
Thanks to our extensive experience in the industry, we have achieved a solution where the customer only has to worry about the product reaching the two vertical feed belts to the weigh hoppers. From there, Ait takes care of the rest.
We use high-precision load cells to achieve exceptionally accurate weighing, maintaining the proportion of both products in each batch. We also offer a delay in the opening of the loading hoppers so that both products are discharged at the same point on the belt, thus favouring the homogeneous mixing of both products.
