Thanks to the effort and hard work of all the components of Ait, we have been recognized again as an Innotive SME until 2025, due to our new technological developments, with remarkable ones such as the creation and development of an artificial vision and intelligence system, or an application for data collection.
We have also modernized the request for spare parts, thanks to the development of a software called E-Commerce, in which each customer can order as many spare parts as they wish depending on the machine model they have. Thanks to this development, we avoid unnecesary delays, since the customer places the order directly through the App, rather than having to contact our customer service team, speeding up the request for spare parts process as much as possible.
