Description
The POLUX cabbage decoring machine employs a patented cutting system that allows to achieve maximum efficiency and the best performance on the market.
It is an automatic process in which a sensor reads the size of each head of cabbage entering on the belt and applies a custom cut that is adjusted to each piece.
The machine is programmable through a touch screen, where the proper parameters for the product are selected. In this way, it is possible to maximize yields since the machine adjusts the depth of the cut to each product.
You will improve your yields thanks to its high productivity and have control over the final product.
