The new Ait lettuce cutting machine decores the heads and sends lettuce and stem to different places. It can incorporate a cutting station into 2, 4 or 8 segments.

The new Ait lettuce decorer machine meets the demand of all processors for this product. It allows to increase productivity through a reduced investment.
One operator feeds the machine centering the lettuce in the cups with the stem downwards. A gap in the bottom of these cups helps to center the core properly so no time is wasted.
Cut depth is adjustable for waste reduction.
This machine is designed according to EHEDG principles (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group) and complies with all health, cleanliness and safety standards.
It is fully manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel in our factory located in Tudela, Navarre, Spain.
