The POLUX is the first romanesco floretting machine featuring intelligent cutting; it cuts the florets, separating them from the stalks and sorting the different parts.
Our patented system makes the POLUX romanesco floretting machine the only one of its kind to create an automatically customised cut for each head of romanesco broccoli. A sensor determines the size of each head entering the machine and, depending on the size, applies a different cut according to the programmed parameters.
This process is fully automated, and does away with having to process by different size and variety. This ensures maximum efficiency without the need to sort produce, or to change and/or adjust tools. The POLUX romanesco floretting machine achieves maximum efficiency and the best performance available in the market.
The POLUX floretting machine can cut large quantities of romanesco, increasing yields and achieving a greater number of finished florets. It lowers production costs and does away with the need for pre-selection, allowing you to process any variety of romanesco broccoli with our intelligent cutting system.
Our machine was designed according to EHEDG principles (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group) and complies with all health, cleanliness and safety standards. It is fully manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel in our factory located in Tudela, Navarre, Spain.
