Description
There are times when the florets separated from the head may be larger than the desired sizes for the market due to different factors: natural morphology of the product, maximization of yields, etc.
In these cases, we must trim this percentage of product to reach the desired size requirements.
The AIT floret cutter and inspection cuts naturally large florets into four parts to obtain florets of the size required by the market as part of an automated process without affecting performance. At the same time, it enables the visual and manual inspection of the product.
