Description

We know our customers, and we know the bane of dedicating a whole processing line for each and every variety of lettuce. That is why our new proposal for the world of de-coring means a huge leap forward in this industry.

Thanks to our equipment, multiple traditional previous tasks in this sector have been eliminated, such as the separation of the products before processing, or the calibration of these. Ait’s innovative ‘Deco-U’ offers a total solution for de-coring, giving processors the flexibility to feed the machine with any variety of lettuce simultaneously.

The specially designed plates are prepared to hold the product in two different positions, depending on its morphology, making positioning as simple and dynamic as possible for the operator.
