Lettuce cutting machines

With our patented system, the DECO-U lettuce processing machine has become the only system capable of automatic and personalized de-coring for each lettuce, regardless of its morphology. An artificial vision system detects the variety and size of each piece, assigning the ideal cutting tool for each one and adapting the depth of cut according to the size of the head.

This process is carried out automatically, so that different varieties and sizes can be processed simultaneously and without the need to follow any specific order, ensuring maximum efficiency and avoiding calibrating or separating the product or changing and/or adjusting tools. In this way, our DECO-U lettuce de-coring machine achieves maximum efficiency and the best performance on the market, offering unparalleled flexibility.

In addition, it has the option of cutting the lettuce into 2, 4 or 6 wedges once it has been de-cored.

We also have another de-coring model suitable for lettuce with a spherical morphology, such as the Iceberg. Our Deco-One machine offers a more than compact solution to speed up your de-coring process. Although it does not feature our intelligent cutting system, this equipment makes up for it with its practicality and simplicity of operation and maintenance, while maintaining the highest level of productivity.

Our floretting machines can also be equipped with both Iceberg and Cabbage de-coring blades.

All our machinery has been designed according to the principles of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group) with the highest requirements for cleanliness and hygiene, and meets all sanitary, cleanliness and safety standards. It is manufactured in stainless steel (AISI 304) in our factory in Tudela (Spain).
